Purchasing

How is payment made?

Payments are in Australian Dollars and made via the Shopify Payment Gateway using your regular debit or credit card. I do not store any of your credit/debit card details.

How soon after placing my order will I receive my artwork?

All original artworks will be carefully packed and sent within 5 working days. Arrival times can vary, depending on location and delivery method.

Is shipping included in the price?
Yes, shipping is included for all Australian addresses.

Do you ship internationally?
Not at this stage, but we’re working on it. Please feel free to get in touch if you’re located outside Australia, we may be able to assist in the meantime.

Returns

What if my artwork is damaged when it arrives?

I take a lot of care packaging and wrapping art so that it will arrive safely. If a work arrives damaged, then please contact me via email within 7 days of receiving it and include a photograph of the damage to the item. Unfortunately, I am unable to offer a return or refund on artworks that have been sent outside Australia.

What if I don’t like my painting when it arrives?

I want you to be happy with your purchase, so I do offer a return agreement. If it is not what you expected, then you have 10 working days to request a refund via email. Once a return has been agreed upon, you will be responsible for suitably packaging and arranging the return delivery of the work using the same delivery service. Once the art has been safely returned in its original condition, then your payment for the work, minus the original shipping costs, will be refunded within 10 working days.
