Fourish is a colourful, textural and joyful painting which reflects and celebrates the bountiful nature of parts of the reef. It brings back wonderful memories of my childhood and the exciting discoveries made whilst snorkelling on our holidays. Among the unusual shapes and textures of the corals I allow glimpses of the textured rocky reef. These are secretive and mysterious places, eroded and stained, and where new life can form.
